WHAT DO I DO?
Take the photos/keepsakes that you want, take the personal papers and that's it! Don't throw out anything else, one man's trash truly can be another man's treasure. Bright Estate Sales knows what sells, what's hot and what's not. Then you need to call us as soon as possible, our schedule can fill up quickly and sales can take anywhere from one to three weeks to set up. We need electricity and running water through the sale. You must make sure that you have the legal right to sell the items in question. At the end of the sale we can make sure that the house is broom clean and ready for its next stage.
