WHAT DOES IT COST?

Your initial consultation is free of charge. The cost is based on a percentage of the total sale. There are no upfront fees, all of the charges come from the proceeds of the sale.  The percentage varies based on the size of the estate and the amount of cleaning/work involved. But again, it typically pays for itself by the extra money that Bright Estate Sales makes for you due to our knowledge and customer base.
